Delivery Information

(A) DELIVERY POLICY:

Free delivery is provided for purchases over a certain value, as shown below:

   a. Most of Hong Kong Island, Kownloon and New Territories: HKD $350 or above

   b. Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan: HKD $600 or above

Otherwise, there shall be a delivery surcharge of HKD $50, HKD $150 respectively for areas (a) and (b).

For Outlying, Tai O, Cheung Chau, Lamma, Ping Chau lsland. Delivery will be sent by SF Express with freight collect.

For village houses or places where door-to-door delivery is not possible, our driver will contact you for further arrnagemetns.

 

Options for buliding that do not have direct lift access, or walk up building.

Free delivery from ground floor to the 2nd floor, surcharges may be imposed for higher floors. Please notice us in advance for better arrangement.

1)    There will be extra delivery charge to the driver for floors above the second floor.

2)    With your consent, we can leave them at the management office

3)    We can arrange driver to hand over the goods at the ground floor.

Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories

Delivery time: Monday to Saturday 10:30-17:00/18:00-23:00.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 3 pm on Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be confirmed with our customer service staff and will be delivered after the next working day. Orders that are placed after 3 pm must be confirmed with our customer service staff and will be delivered after the next two working days.


Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories

Delivery time: Monday to Saturday 10:30-17:00/18:00-23:00.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 3 pm on Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be confirmed with our customer service staff and will be delivered after the next working day. Orders that are placed after 3 pm must be confirmed with our customer service staff and will be delivered after the next two working days.


Tung Chung

Delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 16:00-22:30.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 11:00 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be confirmed with our customer service staff and will be delivered on the next designated working day.

(B) ORDER/PURCHASE:

Qn: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Ans: You will receive an email notification from us upon order confirmation. If you do not receive any email after submission of your order, please check to ensure our email has not been filtered to your junk mail box.

 

Qn: Can I change/cancel my order?
Ans: You may change or cancel your order by calling us at 3565-5110 on or before 2pm on the day of your purchase. We apologize for not being able to cancel or amend your order if it is placed after 2pm.

 

Qn: What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
Ans: Our friendly customer service personnel will contact you and advise on the estimated waiting time required for product availability, or if there is a better alternative available.

 

Qn: What if an item I am interested is not listed on your website?
Ans: Please drop us an email at hello@petko.com.hk or call our hotline 3565-5110. We will do our best to help.

(C) PAYMENT:

Qn: What are the modes of payments?

Ans: Payments can be made via:

1)      ATM transfer

         BEA Saving Account 015-530-68-00275-7

         Please send us the bank slip with the order number after ATM transfer

         Deposit documents must be kept for verification.


2)      Cash - We appreciate exact cash prepared as our drivers do not prepare excess cash.


3)      Paypal, Visa or Master

 

(D) EXCHANGE/REFUND:

Qn: Can I exchange the products that I have ordered?
Ans: - We are able to provide 1 to 1 exchange for food items with manufacturing defects, but we apologize for NO EXCHANGE OF FOOD IF ORDER IS PLACED WRONGLY             

         - Item must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging from the date of purchase

         - Kindly provide us the original invoice as a proof of purchase

         - We encourage our customers to check for defects on accepting our delivered products.

 

Qn: Can I get refund instead of exchanging the product I ordered?
Ans: There will be no refund for products delivered.

 

Qn: Can I exchange or refund for the item I have ordered wrongly?
Ans: We apologize that there will be no exchange nor refund available for items wrongly placed.
